Dr. Ram Sai Yelamanchili is the esteemed Chairman and Managing Director of Shaya Polymers Limited. He holds a Ph.D. in Material Science from Germany and an M.Sc. in Chemistry from IIT Madras. With over 20 years of diverse experience in material science and chemistry, Dr. Yelamanchili established Shaya Polymers Limited in 2017.

His leadership has driven the company to new heights, emphasizing quality products and innovation. Shaya Polymers excels in various verticals, including Polyurethane Chemical Blending, Automotive NVH PU Foams, Polyurethane Molded Foam, Polyurethane Box Foam/Slabstock, and Polyurethane Furniture Foam.

The company’s strong R&D skills have enabled it to overcome many challenges in the market, solidifying its reputation as a leader in the polyurethane industry. Looking ahead, Dr. Yelamanchili plans to expand the product line to include continuous foam for all types of mattresses and pillows.
