Quality Assistant Engineer

Job Summary: The Quality Assistant Engineer will support the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards. The role involves assisting in document control, data entry, and various quality assurance activities. This position is suitable for a fresher with a degree qualification who is eager to learn and grow in the field of quality management. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of quality documentation, including production reports, store ledgers, rejection logs, and parameter monitoring sheets. Support the Quality Manager in managing QMS documentation and records in compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of quality-related activities. Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external quality audits. Monitor and track quality performance metrics, reporting any discrepancies or issues to the Quality Manager. Support in the investigation and analysis of quality issues, including non-conformances and customer complaints. Assist in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Ensure proper filing and archiving of quality documents and records. Qualifications: Fresh graduates with a strong interest in quality management are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of QMS, IATF 16949, and ISO 9001 standards is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
